Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data KingPlugins ("we", "us") collects when you visit this site or buy Ungael, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and support the software.
1. What we collect
- Order & contact details. When you buy, your email address and the billing information you enter are handled by our payment processor. We receive a record of the purchase (email, amount, timestamp and a payment/customer reference).
- License data. We generate and store your license key and link it to your order so we can deliver access, validate your key, and provide support.
- Activation data (optional). If license validation is enabled, the plugin may send your license key and a non-identifying machine identifier so we can confirm the key is valid. We do not collect your in-game account name, password or character data.
- Basic usage & security logs. Our hosting provider records standard, aggregated request data (such as IP address and page requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask for or store your card number — payment details go straight to Stripe and are never visible to us.
2. How we use it
- To process your payment and deliver your license key.
- To email you your key, receipts and important service or update notices.
- To validate licenses and prevent sharing, fraud or abuse.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To keep the site secure, reliable and working as intended.
We rely on performing our contract with you (delivering and supporting the software) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning service. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who processes your data
We use a small number of trusted providers ("subprocessors") to run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Resend — sending transactional email (your license key and receipts).
- Cloudflare — website hosting, storage of license records, and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
These providers only process data to deliver their service to us, and may store it outside your country. We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
4. Cookies & analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our payment processor may set cookies that are strictly necessary to complete checkout securely.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and license records for as long as your license is active and as needed for support, tax and legal obligations. Aggregated logs are retained only for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete data we're not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we may need to verify your identity first. Note that deleting your order or license data may end your access to the software.
7. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and least-privilege access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
8. Children
Ungael is not intended for anyone below the age required to form a binding contract where they live, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and significant changes will be reflected here.
