These terms cover your purchase and use of Ungael ("the software"), a private RuneLite plugin distributed by KingPlugins ("we", "us"). By buying or using Ungael you agree to everything on this page. If you don't agree, don't buy or use it.
1. Risk disclosure — read this first
Ungael automates gameplay in Old School RuneScape. Using third-party automation breaks the game's rules and can result in penalties up to and including a permanent ban of the account you use it on. We design Ungael to behave cautiously — human-like timing, breaks and safe teleports — but no one can guarantee you won't be detected or banned.
- You use the software entirely at your own risk.
- You are responsible for the account, gear, items and supplies you use with it.
- We are not liable for lost accounts, items, in-game wealth, time or any other loss.
- Don't use it on an account you can't afford to lose.
2. License & access
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Ungael for the plan you bought. Your license key is for you alone. Sharing, reselling, leaking, cracking or redistributing the software or your key ends your access immediately with no refund.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must provide accurate billing and contact details. Access is private and may be declined or revoked at our discretion.
4. Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The Ungael license is a single one-time payment (USD $50). There is no subscription and no recurring billing — you are charged once, and the license is yours with future updates included.
5. Refund policy
Ungael is digital software with instant access. Because your license key and download are delivered immediately, all sales are final once your key is issued, except where a refund is required by law.
If the software genuinely doesn't work as described, contact us first — we'd far rather diagnose and fix the problem (or, at our discretion, issue a fair resolution) than leave you stuck. Refunds are not given for bans, for changing your mind, or for failing to meet the requirements listed on the site.
6. Updates & availability
We update Ungael over time and aim for high availability, but the software is provided "as is" and "as available". The game and the RuneLite client change frequently; features may temporarily break and need patching, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific results, earnings or rates.
7. Acceptable use
Use Ungael only on accounts and in ways that are lawful where you live. Don't use it for fraud, to harm others, or in any way that breaks applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, chargeback fraud, or breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Ungael is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
9. No affiliation
KingPlugins and Ungael are independent third-party software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jagex Ltd., Old School RuneScape, or the RuneLite project. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
